Gerard Commercial Properties can provide a wide array of consulting services for those seeking assistance with a potential development, purchase or lease of commercial or industrial property within the greater Brunswick area.  These services include the provision of general information and data, location assistance, property searches, determinations of market value, financing assistance & packaging, and project development and implementation.

Consulting services are billed at $100.00 hourly in increments of 15 minutes.  Opinions of value typically are billed at between $250.00 and $350.00 depending upon the property.  Fees are waived if a property is sold, purchased, or leased on a commission basis as a result of the services provided.
